This beautifully renovated farmhouse (270m²) was bought by the present owners approximately 7 years ago when it was just a ruin, but years of devotion (and hard work) have resulted in this fabulous home. Where possible all the original features have been retained so there are lovely tiled or wooden floors, exposed beams and colombage in nearly all the rooms. The gîte has been created in one of the barns and has two bedrooms and a nice large bathroom. The living area of the gîte is upstairs, to take full advantage of the views. The property is accessed via two separate gates, so either you can drive in through one set of gates, through to the parking area at the side of the house and then drive out through the other set of gates or you could have separate entrances for the main house and the gîte. The completely enclosed garden (4300m²) is mostly laid to lawn with views over the surrounding countryside and there is a perfect place to put in a swimming pool next to the delightful terrace.
